What is managed services?
Managed IT services is a new approach to IT support, which gives companies the benefits of internal IT but at a fraction of the cost. Thinksys will take over responsibility for your technology system and provide proactive and reactive services at a fixed monthly fee.
Do you support home computers?
Because Thinksys is focused on being an IT Solutions Provider for businesses, we do not service home computers. However, we will service the home computers of the owners and managers of our business clients. This service is provided as an amenity, but it is not our core business.
Are you incorporated?

How much does your service cost?
We have different billing options that can be customized to fit each individual company. Please visit our tech support page for more details on our billing options.

Why do you sell hardware and software?
At Thinksys we are focused on providing comprehensive technology solutions. We provide our clients with the ability to purchase computer hardware and software at competitive prices. We do this as an amenity for clients, and do not focus on making money off of computer hardware and software.
Do you also install the hardware and software you sell?
Yes, we install any computer hardware and or software you purchase from us. We will also install and support any computer and/or software you purchase from other vendors.
Does the hardware you sell come with a warranty?
The majority of the computer hardware we sell comes with a 3 year standard manufacturer’s warranty.
How long does it take to get support?
We focus on providing service to our clients as soon as possible. We have two SLAs (Service Level Agreements) that give our clients guaranteed response times. Please visit our Service Level Agreement page for more detail.
