Two Tier Support Model
At Thinksys, our business is to provide top of the line support for our clients. We have developed a two tiered support model that allows us to give our clients thoroughly planned, researched, and implemented technology solutions as quickly as possible.
- Level 1 - Helpdesk
Our helpdesk of highly trained technicians is available for phone and remote support. Thinksys technicians make sure all of our clients’ needs are met in a professional and timely manner.
- Level 2 - Systems Engineers
Our systems engineers handle all on-site support and advanced issues. Managed clients are assigned their own dedicated systems engineer that handles all their on-site and advanced support. This gives our clients the feel of internal IT, because they have their own systems engineer that they can always count on to provide them with stellar service, while being a trusted source for their technology needs.
Ways to Work with Thinksys
We understand that no two clients are the same. For this reason Thinksys offers flexible and customized agreements and billing options that make it easy to work with us. Our agreements are grouped based on these two agreement types:
- Managed IT Service Agreements
Thinksys managed clients get a level one service level agreement, a dedicated systems engineer along with proactive monitoring and maintenance. These clients can choose from monthly agreements ranging from on-demand to unlimited which can be customized to fit any business.

- Open IT Service Agreements
Thinksys open clients are setup in a pay as you go fashion. These clients are billed semi-monthly for services performed.
