Managed Unlimited

Managed Unlimited gives clients all the standard features of our managed IT service agreements as well as unlimited onsite, remote and phone support. This gives clients all the benefits of internal IT but at a fraction of the cost. Managed Unlimited plans are priced monthly based on the following break-down:


Managed Unlimited Pricing
$50 per workstation
$300 per server
$300 per network
$200 per major application


Managed Premium

Managed Premium gives clients all the standard features of our managed IT service agreements as well as Two 4 hour pre-scheduled visits per week (approximately 35 hours per month) for support. During these visits Thinksys engineers will work any issues and/or perform proactive system maintenance.


Managed Premium Pricing
$3,500 per month
Two 4 hour pre-scheduled visits per week (approximately 35 hours per month)


Managed Professional

Managed Professional gives clients all the standard features of our managed IT service agreements as well as One 4 hour pre-scheduled visits per week (approximately 18 hours per month) for support. During these visits Thinksys engineers will work any issues and/or perform proactive system maintenance.


Managed Professional Pricing
$2,000 per month
One 4 hour pre-scheduled visits per week (approximately 18 hours per month)


Managed Standard

Managed Standard gives clients all the standard features of our managed IT service agreements as well as Two 4 hour pre-scheduled visits per month (8 hours per month) for support. During these visits Thinksys engineers will work any issues and/or perform proactive system maintenance.

$1,000 per month
Two 4 hour pre-scheduled visits per month (8 hours per month)


Managed On-Demand

Managed On-Demand gives clients all the standard features of our managed IT service agreements. Clients can choose from block agreements to use for support or opt to pay our standard open rate.
